Payment Plans
Clients may request to enroll in a payment plan for services rendered. The payment plan will divide the total amount due into equal installments over a mutually agreed period. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and are subject to approval based on the total service cost and the client's payment history.
‍Payment Terms:The first installment is due upon signing this agreement, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the agreed-upon schedule.If any payment is missed, even by one (1) day, the company reserves the right to cancel services immediately, and any payments made up to that point may be forfeited at the company’s discretion.In the event of a missed payment, the client will be responsible for the full outstanding balance, and services may only be reinstated at the company's discretion.
‍Changes to the Plan:
Requests for changes to the payment schedule must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Modifications to the payment plan may affect the total cost of services.
‍Refunds and Adjustments:
Refunds are not available for payments made under an installment plan once services have commenced. Adjustments to the payment plan may only be made in cases where services are altered or canceled before completion, and will be processed at the company's discretion.By enrolling in the payment plan, the client agrees to the above terms and acknowledges that they remain responsible for the total balance due under this agreement.

REFUND POLICY

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order  placed with Drews Legal LLC  , You  would need to contact Drews Legal LLC   by phone at 833-DREWS-00  or by accessing Drews Legal LLC   myAccount.
 
 Please have your order number available and provide a  reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your  request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of  the results.
 
 Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30  days from the date of placing the Order with Drews Legal LLC  . Drews Legal LLC   may  grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its  discretion.If you choose to pay by check or money order you may  cancel your Order before making the payment or in case the payment is not  received by us in 30 days Drews Legal LLC   will  cancel you Order.You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same  day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or  delivered we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
 
 Some products have special conditions for returns as  described in the Order or Product materials delivered ("Products  terms") so please read the carefully before making a request with Drews  Legal LLC  . In case of  misunderstandings between Drews Legal LLC   Refund Policy and the Product terms, the  present Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except  if due to Drews Legal LLC   error, when you need to contact Drews Legal  LLC   and make a formal request.
 
 If the refund request is granted by Drews Legal LLC  , payments are refunded as follows:   Credit       / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;   Wire       Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business       days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;   PayPal       payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;   Other       payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.  If applicable, Drews Legal LLC   reserve the right to hold the refund payment  until we receive a completed letter of destruction of the Product signed by  you.
